These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 222vet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at 222vet.app and all related services, games, sports betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional offers made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on 222vet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of services on 222vet, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 222vet for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, affiliate partner, or associate of 222vet or any of its game providers.
• You are not a person prohibited from participating in online gambling under the laws applicable to your location.

Account Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. 222vet reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, 222vet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driver's licences valid in Bangladesh. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Account Balances

All transactions on 222vet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversions on your behalf. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your gaming wallet instantly upon confirmation from the respective payment provider.
• Deposits made via Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer may be subject to additional processing time determined by your issuing bank.
• 222vet does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on 222vet. Deposit funds cannot be transferred to third parties.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• You must have successfully completed identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• 222vet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests before releasing funds.
• In the event that fraudulent, irregular, or suspicious activity is detected on your account, 222vet may place a hold on any pending withdrawal until the matter is resolved.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

3. Betting, Gaming Rules & Void Bets

By placing a bet or participating in any game on 222vet, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of that game or market and accept the outcome as final, subject to the provisions set out below.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Platform.
• 222vet reserves the right to limit bet stakes, restrict access to specific markets, or refuse bets at its discretion without explanation.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at confirmation apply regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Cricket markets are governed by the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). Any result subject to official appeal or review will be settled once the governing body's final determination is published.

Void Bets & Cancelled Events

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your account balance in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the market was opened or accepted in error due to a software or data feed fault; odds were published incorrectly due to a manifest error. 222vet reserves the right to declare any bet void where there is evidence of match-fixing, corrupt activity, or manipulation of any event or game outcome.

RNG Game Outcomes

All slot, table, and live casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by our licensed game partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. 222vet does not interfere with RNG outputs. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are indicative of long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of 222vet and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder and are non-transferable.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written permission from 222vet.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

222vet provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 222vet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors or defects, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

• 222vet shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• 222vet shall not be responsible for any interruption to services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• In the event of a technical fault or software error that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, 222vet reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore any improperly debited or credited amounts.
• 222vet's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

8. Account Closure & Termination

You may close your 222vet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to your designated payment method after any applicable identity verification checks are completed.

222vet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that you have: violated any provision of these Terms; provided false information during registration or KYC; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or placed bets in a manner designed to exploit the Platform or its promotions. In such cases, 222vet may withhold outstanding balances pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, forfeit those balances.

9. Privacy Policy & Amendments to These Terms

Your use of the 222vet Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with our data protection obligations.

222vet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
